I've been there a few times and went with a friend who is self-described expert on Asian cuisine and he was impressed, one of the best Vietnamese restaurant he's been to. Right from the won ton soup which tasted home made, he was impressed. The papaya salad is to die for and is something worth having if you go. The chicken-beef plate had very tender pieces of meat and everything is very well presented on the plate, which is very important in any fine restaurant. I have been impressed every time I've gone. It's also a perfect date restaurant. The only downside is that it's small, but the décor is nice. It's dimly lit and even though you may be close to the table next to you, it still has an intimate and exotic feel to it. This restaurant was super well rated on Uber so we ordered from there prepared to be mind-blown. We were first of all disappointed with the portion sizes; the pad thai in particular was pretty small, and the noodles were all stuck together in a massive lump. The dumpling with the peanut butter sauce lacked a little in flavor. Finally, the seafood satay on vermicelli was also quite deceiving as most of the seafood was breaded and fried which isn't usually the way they come in this type of meal. Wife and I had dinner here on a Monday night. Service was a bit slow but I think they run a small amount of staff. Wife had the tonkinese soup all dressed and I had the chicken and shrimp grilled plate. We both really enjoyed our dishes. My wife said the soup came with more meat than noodles which is not typical.
