Absolutely terrible experience with this restaurant after ordering so many times in the past. After being a good customer, I get treated with such disrespect by some guy named Jim. Our order of two gyros and fries two days prior had arrived not fresh, dry, with little sauce and was cold. We could tell the meat was done sometime the day before and just reheated, the bread wasn’t fresh either and was hard. I had called the same day right afterwards to mention the situation (never made any complaints in the past) and spoke to a lady named Laurence since the owner Niko wasn’t there and explained the situation. She then offered us a credit and took my information and said the owner would contact me later that day, which he never did, so I called today (two days later) to re order since we were promised a credit for our food and that’s when the lady transferred me to this Jim guy. I started explaining to him what had happened and he cut me off raised his voice and started giving me a bunch of attitude and being very disrespectful and unprofessional, without letting me finish what I had to say and he then hung the phone up on me. A complete and utter embarrassment of a business, they just lost a customer for life and should be put out of business for treating customers this way (I’m sure I’m not the first) order your food somewhere else, please don’t support these people they don’t...

I’m giving this place one star because I can’t give it zero stars. The older woman behind the counter was a sweetheart, and the customer service was great as I said she was a sweetheart. But, the quality of the food or should I say the lack of quality was ridiculous. Having worked in the kitchen industry for many years I know when french fries have been reheated in old oil half a dozen times. Been here since the small establishment 30+ years ago. This is hands down the best poutine I've ever had in my life, and never ceases to be every year I go back. Staff is perfect, the original owners and cooks were gone for the first time today on my visit, but the people they hire are doing a great job continuing the tradition and recipes👌. Very polite and nice, they know what they're doing, flavourful souvlaki and obviously much better seats than they had back in the day.
