Generally, I avoid pizza in Montreal. This place is the exception. Wonderful neighborhood bar vibe with great Canadiens decor. Their house ground sausage is the bomb. Great selection of pizzas and submarines to choose from. I must also give a shout out to Mary, who is the person that gives this place the unique welcome back home vibe. Disregard any negative reviews on customer interaction. Those people don't appreciate the friendly banter or misunderstand the communication style due to cultural differences. Im not one to complain or write reviews but it's enough. Quality has gone down & the service is poor. Everytime we order the food gets worst, last time we order from there. We just received onion rings and they were burnt and mixed along with fries that weren't cooked on the inside. When it came time to pay the machine didn't work. I called to make them aware of the onion rings and how the pizza lacked cheese. They offered to send me a free onion ring. I refused and made them aware that the food and service was awful. I will be boycotting Julianos...
