Last weekend October 18 or 19 night time . I had order at drive threw ½ original I saw the Halloween donuts on the screen and was like " oh my 3 years old will really like it , especially the pumpkin design " I asked the girl if she could instead give me 2 og and 4 Halloween ones. She give me the excuse that she already did the box of 6 og. So I'm like OK... then you know what , give me another 6 but Halloween ones aswell. She tells me now there's none.... I'm like wtv. Go to pay and I clearly see a rack full of the Halloween donuts. I asked politely, " excuse me, aren't those right next to you the Halloween ones" She pretending not to see them to the point she gets her chobby colleague that tell us that they can't sell them to us because it's fir a online order. Clearly, it was a lie and I didn't want to argue with it because it was really a joke in their face and like wtv . I stopped to talk to my wife and notice..... hey , they charged me for assorted price instead of Original.
I went inside this time and.....I see on the display 2 racks full of the Halloween donuts so clearly..... they were lying to me and just didn't want to do their jobs.
I called the assistant manager and explained to him what happen politely and ....oh boy....he was mad and I completely understand him but still ask if possible to fix to refund and I'll pay for the dz instead since I'm here . Very professional guy He instead gived me the 6 others free and was apologizing for what happen. I told him , sir it's ok but as for these 2.... they really need to be careful because that's unacceptable behavior and was really sad to see this type of service since I remember back in the day when krispy kreme was at carefour laval, I used to worked there and we always put service our top priority and never refused to serve the client even if we started a box and they were a change in it. ( just put it on the side and for sure the next client will buy it.... simple)
At least I'm glad that this assistant manager took the directive to talk to his employees about this miss conduct Good Job because I know it's not easy and these days , teenagers just want to take the easy way out . If I could give him a score 5 stars Hope the manager tells him he did good and as for the other 2..... a warning ( after 6 months removed if they learned) and to refresh them the company's...

Earlier this week, on Monday, August 18, I purchased and enjoyed your pumpkin spice cake donut at the same location. When I returned on August 21 specifically for that item, I was told by the staff member that it has never been available, which is simply not true. Instead of checking or offering assistance, she was dismissive and tried to push a themed Harry Potter donut on me. Additionally, it was clear that there were significant communication issues, and the overall customer service I received was poor and unhelpful. This experience was frustrating—not just because the item I wanted was unavailable, but because I felt dismissed and not listened to as a customer. I’m very disappointed, especially as I’ve previously had good experiences at your stores. The one thing I need to mention is we frequent the Krispy Kreme locations in Greenfield Park and Cote des Neiges and their doughnuts are always fresh and very well Kreme filled. We have tried the new Ste Dorothee location 4x now and unfortunately each time the various stuffed doughnuts were only partially cream filled. Our favorite doughnuts are usually the Original Glazed Kreme filled, ths Oreo Kreme filled and the Birthday Cake Kreme filled and the doughnuts have been light and dry. Without enough cream inside, they are just dry doughnuts.... Please bring your doughnuts up to the standards of other...
