Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Les Coteaux

this tim hortons is extremely horrible, if your driving don't stop here, go to the next one. i went to go buy 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees, i leave and realize they didnt give me the coffee. so i go back and i ordered another sandiwch because my mom said she changed her mind but also said that they forgot my tripl triple. i go to the window to pay and she charges me for the coffee i just bought 2 minutes ago.. so i said make sure the coffee is not on the bill because i already paid for it in a combo 2 minutes ago. she then charges me and does nothing about it. if you cant deal with people who are really stupid dont go here. im so irritated, i live close to this tims but id rather take the highway and go to a different one. I’ve worked at a coffe shop before and it takes about 30 seconds to go back into other receipts especially when I was there 2 minutes ago and check what my order was for what they forgot. Stop...

terrible experience. when asked if i wanted crispy or grilled chicken i had to repeat that i wanted crispy 3 times and then they switched the person who was taking the order right in the middle of me ordering and missed an item. i'm glad i asked them to read my order back to that i could make sure i got it. however it doesn't even matter that they finally got the order because once i got it the tortillas in the wraps i ordered were stale, there were charred pieces of god knows what in the wrap, and to top it all off my iced capp was leaking due to being overfilled. i would only go there if i knew that the employee that served me wasn't working there. to be fair, he was en formation, but that's no excuse for messing up as many...

Ridiculously long wait time to order. 12 people in line and only one person taking orders. Ordered a chicken soup and a steeped tea. Pretty sure it was dried soup to which they added lukewarm water. It was disgusting and went in the garbage. The bread they served with it was actually one of their dry tea biscuits. They had no steeped tea. If they hadn't had so many people waiting, I would have given it all back. As it was, I dumped everything in the garbage and vowed to never return. Shame on you Tim...
