I just recently revisited this Subway again with some friends and I regret to report that this visit was worse than my last one. Poor food handling, poor attitude from the staff. They have not corrected any of the issues I brought to their attention a year ago. This time the lady at the till received and touched a customer's cash, gave her change from the till, and then came right back to the line and was going to proceed with touching my food without changing her gloves and washing her hands. GROSS! In the 10 minutes I was in the store the only time the lady at the till changed her gloves was when I asked her to. People are going to get food poisoning here and I really think I should give their corporate head office a call, or at least AHS. Do not eat here ever!
This subway location used to be awesome. However in the last year all their staff has changed. Biggest issue is food handling for sure. I have witnessed staff drop a knife on the floor and not properly wash & sanitize before bringing back to the line. They are also not changing their gloves when they go from the line to the till and back to the line to prepare food. This is a big no no and I am starting to wonder if any of their staff have taken any food safety training at all. Also when they do put gloves on they aren't washing or sanitizing their hands. When I was a teenager and worked at Subway the rule from corporate was you always had to wash hands properly before putting on new gloves. If they are having issues with these simple food safety requirements imagine how they handle the sauce bottles, washing dishes, and other food prep around...

Firstly Iāve tried not to write a horrible review based solely on the attitude of the employees and the cleanliness of the restaurant is disgusting. Different food items in different places which is cross contamination and thrown back into the original box. The employee has no good customer service quality. Slammed everything bc the meats and veggies ran out and she had to go get a new container. Roller her eyes many times seemed very frustrated that I was even making a sub. The attitude was so bad I nearly walked out. Didnāt care to place anything on my sub properly or make it nice. Just throwing things all over making a nasty mess. Iām disappointed how these people treat us who support the business and especially when I could just go to a different subway. We recieved one of the worst meals from this location. A request such as 'may I only have a little bit of lettuce, please.' was interpreted as let's load three big handfuls of leaf onto this sub.. The receipt was not given upon purchase and the QR code that was recieved on one of our subs was scribbled through so we were unable follow-up through these means.
