Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lethbridge

Went through the drive through at approx. 515am on two separate occasions, employee walking around inside, won't answer the speaker......... went to McDonald's. Same employee on both occasions. Last missed opportunity was Monday May 24th at 5.00a.m.

Update: Oct 18, 24. Ordered a Mocha at drive through, got a hot chocolate, took it back. Incompetent!! Lack of communication, left foot not knowing what the right foots doing? I implore anyone going through the drive through to sit at the window and check over youre order, slow them down at the window until they get to learn their jobs.. Tims is turning into an unorganized joke, starting to frequent McDonald's more for coffee. If I could give a negative I would.

Update Nov 19. Ordered a Extra large French Vanilla, and 1 Extra large Coffee Mocha. Got home with 2 Mochas, even repeated it to me on the speaker, lid said FV?? To focused on speed and not paying...

I had the pleasure of being served by Jashan at Tim Hortons, and I must say, she truly made my visit exceptional. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly attitude stood out. She greeted me politely, took my order with patience, and even made helpful suggestions when I seemed unsure. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and professional in customer service.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail and the care she put into preparing my order exactly the way I wanted. Despite it being a busy time, she remained calm, efficient, and courteous to every customer. Her positive energy really made my day brighter.

Employees like Jashan are the reason people keep coming back. She represents Tim Hortons incredibly well, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Keep up the amazing work, Jashan—you’re a true asset...

I work across the street at Frito Lays on the night shift, so If I want coffee this is the most convenient place, I just wish the coffee/food was better than complete dogsh!t. If you order coffee anytime before 10pm it tastes ok, but from 10pm to 6am it tastes like burnt dirt. Not only that but the staff don't seem to know how to make the sandwiches, often times there will be a ton of lettuce on something that is not supposed to have any. I could forgive all of this because let's be real here, its Tim Hortons, but the nail in the coffin for me is that any time I go there at night the staff are not wearing masks, not down past their chin, no mask at all. This is the only place that has served me food since the covid 19 pandemic began that has had staff with no masks. I reccomend you drive a little up the street and go to the other Tim's that's about 2...
