We have been there a few times and each time, the service was awful. The first time, the gluten free bun was not prepared properly (after we ordered 3 gluten free and were told there was only one gluten free bun in the whole restaurant). The second time, we went to get gift cards and this seemingly basic task was incredibly difficult for 2 separate staff members. The third time, we were told that the veggie patty had eggs in it (which it doesn't), the servers asked the same question multiple times, and my daughter was told there were no gluten free buns. After the rest of our family was served, the disappointed look on her face prompted the employee to check if there were any gluten free buns after all. And sure enough, there was an entire box in the back. Why couldn't they have checked that first? Do they not want business? Really guys...just because you're the only Subway in a 100+ km radius doesn't mean your service and staff have to be so bad. Customer service should be your #1 priority and it clearly isn't.
