Went here today with my spouse, there was already a customer waiting in line to order. After five minutes, A drive thru worker walked past, saw the three of us, walked away. Another five more minutes and now a man is behind me in line, so there are three groups waiting ten minutes. Finally, a customer who is eating at a table goes to counter and yells at staff that they have customers waiting. The same drive thru girl came and started taking our orders. Once I sat with my food, I asked my spouse to go ask for ketchup, again the staff ignored him standing at the counter, finally he got some after five minute wait. When we finished eating, I wanted to use the restroom, the door was locked. So I went back to the counter to ask for a key, multiple employees saw me standing at the counter and nobody helped me. Finally I started saying hi to all of them, raising my voice asking to get some service. All they said was there is no key...so I went and all doors were locked except handicap washroom. I used this washroom which was filthy. The table and chairs were also unclean. Many worker, none of them serving customers, or cleaning...... Pretty annoying to spend your money in a place where the staff don't appreciate their customers or their business. I'll go somewhere...

However, the noticeable issue was the severe staff shortage. There were not enough employees to efficiently manage the orders and customer flow, leading to delays and a bit of chaos.
Despite the staff's best efforts, the lack of personnel made the experience less than ideal. I hope they can address the staffing issue to provide a smoother and more enjoyable experience for customers in the future.
