This cafe never follows the menu. Here's what we got today - letus leaves have turned black, apparently from last week, there were no tomatoes or salad on the plate until we asked for them. Everything is geared towards passing travelers, who will never come back, and although the facility is new, the approach of the owners and consequently the staff is old - very slow service and dishes not in accordance with the menu. The owners should seriously reconsider, and the head office of Tim Hortons should consider revoking the license for this location. In addition, parking is very inconvenient - curbs are too high for no reason, one can easily damage front of the car, add sharp curb corners where you may rip your tires. I wrote negative reviews twice about this location but they managed to retract them. Google, be fare! Do not delete fare reviews!

I grabbed a quick bite to eat along with some drinks. We ordered a bagel and the new Caramilk Ice cap. I had asked for no whipped cream, but they made it with it. I had to ask for it to be remade and the guy almost pulled out the whipped cream using his hands, hovering the ice cap over the sink. I had to wait a few minutes for the newly made drink. I decided to grab two cups of ice water to go since it was over 30° out. The lady said they now charge . 25¢ a cup. Are you joking me? So I told her that they should be free given the mess up with my drink prior and she gave me a "deal" on the ice water... 20¢ for both. Wow what a deal! Starbucks doesn't even charge their customers. I've never heard of this in my life, but it seems like a scam. I wouldn't trust this location for both sanitary purposes or customer service.

Yikes tim hortons Just bought a Bacon everything flatbread .... seriously? I have no words Spoke to the staff and showed them the flatbread. They claimed this is how it should be. They mentioned they follow a bill guide and that there is nothing they can do for us. No solutions given. After showing the staff a picture of Tim's advertising (2nd image), the staff countered by saying they don't follow the advertisement when making the flatbread, but the bill guide. OK? guess now Tim's IS out ere scamming the public with false advertising. Shame on you This is beyond disgusting less

This location is new. The food was ok but the staff was running frantically and no one seemed to know what was going on. We stopped here on July 26,2024 around lunch time. During this time there was a steady flow of people coming in to the resteraunt.

To begin, you place and pay for your order. The staff taking my order seemed frantic and rushed. He tried to be as polite as he could be, but you could tell he was feeling rushed. There was an older man standing behind the two counter staff, just hovering. Didn’t seem to greet anyone or offer assistance to the other staff running kitchen or drive thru. He did stop the other staff from taking order to do something with the cash register. He didn’t greet me or say anything to me while he butted in to do his thing. Then he walked off.

I placed my order. Paid. Then walked to the pick up place. Staff were running around back and forth, no one greeted anyone. I saw a sandwich in the tray. There were other people waiting for their orders. Other staff dropped off drinks and walked away. One staff brought two more drinks and called the drink order out loud very softly to those waiting for orders. You could barely hear him, and he didn’t adjust his volume. Someone came up and asked him to repeat the order and then took one of the few drinks stacking up. The sandwich was still in the tray. I tried to ask about the sandwich but he just kinda looked at me and then walked away to get more drinks.

Then the man that took my order came over with two iced coffees and handed me one. And set the other one down. I asked him about my sandwhich and pointed to the one in the tray. He said oh. Let me see if this is yours. Took it to the back and then brought it out and handed it to me saying it was mine. I walked to a table with my party.

As myself and the two people I was with, we watched the staff continue to drop things off at the pick up place and no one there to get them. People were standing around waiting to hear if it’s their order. No one said anything. People were opening bags and looking to see if it was theirs. Staff continued to bring things and not connect with the customers. One staff, a lady kept wandering around but not engaging with anyone while she brought out trays, passing by the orders piling up. We then saw them throw out a number out drinks. And others waiting for their orders.

Then we see at least three people that had left with their order bring back food and drinks because they were the wrong ones.

This continued during the 25-30 mins we were there, from walking in to leaving.

While the location is new and beautiful, the staff are frantic, rushed and did not welcome or say anything to anyone after taking your order. The system does not work. Probably understaffed and not trained well. Bad management? I think so. Considering that I am sure the person who butted in before taking my order seemed to have no customer service skills himself so how can his staff.

Food ok. Restaurant is new. Service and staff was rushed and some did not know what to do and understaffed. System needs adjusting and more communication with the customers in...

I recently stopped at the Tim Hortons located on the way to Niagara Falls, and I have to say, it’s hands down the best spot for a coffee break with a view. Situated by the lake, the location offers breathtaking views of the water and surrounding nature, making it the perfect place to stretch your legs and enjoy a hot beverage or snack while taking in the scenery.

The staff were friendly and efficient, even during the busy rush, and my order was prepared quickly. I went for my usual latte and a croissant , and both were fresh and delicious. The outdoor seating area by the lake is especially lovely, with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy your drink while gazing out at the water. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which is a nice contrast to the usual hustle and bustle of travel.

If you’re heading to Niagara Falls or just passing through, this Tim Hortons location is a must-stop. The combination of great service, delicious coffee, and unbeatable lakefront views makes it a perfect pit stop. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m...

I recently visited this newly updated Tim Hortons location and had a terrible experience. I ordered a few donuts, and the employee who served me clearly lacked competence. Instead of packing the donuts properly, he stacked four of them in a single box, with Dutchie donuts placed right on top of Boston Cream (which are glazed, as you know). As a result, the donuts stuck together and were a mess. I was in a hurry (this location is just off the QEW) and didn't have time to return to sort things out before writing this review.

On top of that, I often order a half dozen donuts and usually include Boston Cream and Dutchies. However, this time, the employee insisted that some donuts were "premium" and couldn’t be included in a 6-pack, which I found strange. The prices for these donuts were $1.79 each, the same as the others, except for a few special limited-time editions. This inconsistency in pricing and policy made the experience even more frustrating.

Overall, this visit was disappointing and not what I expect, or usually get, from...
