Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Longueuil

Ordered at 4:22pm, order arrived COMPLETELY WRONG. Had terrible experience with the call center while trying to rectify the issue, and got cussed at because the agent didn't want to transfer me to a manager for being rude. All because she misunderstood what I said and decided to be rude about it. Had to call back because she hung up on me, and I talked to her manager who was finally able to talk to the restaurant and said my proper order was being fixed.

Then the restaurant itself calls me to say my proper order will arrive in 10 minutes, only for the driver to demand the pizzas back, he didn't have our order at all. I call, obviously upset, and turns our they hadn't even started to fix our order! It was 5:35pm by then, the people waiting for the right order are understandably very hungry and upset.

It's now 6:20pm, 2 minutes away from 2 hours since ordering, and we finally got our order. I still can't believe it took 2 hours for us to get what we ordered, this is absolutely insane to me. I also find it strange that 3 pizzas are super fresh while the fourth isn't but at this point I am beyond mentally exhausted and stressed having to deal with this that I don't even...

No complaints about the pizza but the problem with the delivery. We were supposed to receive our pizza at 7.35 but the driver came at 8.45. Apparently, he went to the wrong address which was just 5/10 minutes away. We had to call the restaurant a few times and the. Driver a few times. I had to give him the address and directed him the way. We order food all the time and never had any issues about any deliveries. I understand if he went to a wrong address which was 5-10 minutes away, what I don’t understand is that it took him over 1 hour. Most likely, he was delivering to other places in the mean time and finally delivered a cold...

Don’t order online… the system doesn’t work; it will mark your pizza as delivered within their time estimate and it will arrive 45 minutes later. If you call to say that you did not receive the pizza, they will tell you that the system is not working… The delivery guy was totally clueless on how apartment numbers worked and instead of calling us, just wondered around in the parking, ending up talking to our neighbours. He tried to make us pay again not seeing that it was prepaid. Anyway… at least the pizza was...
