Casa Express — Restaurant in Longueuil

I ordered there like 5 years ago. One of the WORST order I had in my entire life. I ordered for multiple people for a bunch of simple hamburgers and cheeseburgers. They were almost all of them BURNED and tasted GROSS.

EDIT : When the Owner's reply about a review is to correct how many years they existed instead of talking about the quality of food they allowed to be sent, it's telling of how much care they give about customer satisfaction (unsurprisingly)

I don't have the supermemory to know how long the restaurant existed or when I ordered there but I definitively remember the quality of food they served and was not satisfied at all.

So maybe the reply should be about that instead of how many...

Very friendly service on the phone and surprisingly fast delivery . I ordered the Double Big Burger and Le Majestique sandwich . They tasted the exact same thing but with a different kind of meat . The chicken and beef were good (texture etc) but had absolutely no flavor so maybe add some salt and pepper guys ? Change the sauce from sandwich to sandwich and my burger was like an expensive and 4 times the size Big Mac . The mayo that came with the fries (I'm guessing with dried herbs) was nasty . Extremely poor service, last time we went there the two employees were eating during peak lunch hours 12:45. Not a single word was said they completely ignored us, let us stare akwardly at the overpriced menu (15$ for a sandwich!!) for 5 minutes before we realised we would not get service and decided to walk away... You can peek at the kitchen from the counter and it looks absolutely disgusting, walls all covered in oil and grease, I don't even want to imagine what the grill surface looks like...Not wasting my time...
