Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lumby

Insanely slow, easily 10-15 min to get a coffee, want food ? Add another 10-15min and don't expect the order to be right either. And that's if they even have it. Hands down worse Tim's Canada wide. I'm curious if there is any management at all in there . Decided to give this tims another chance, what a mistake , 30min wait just to order and then be told at 11am that they have no bagels, muffins or meats ready for breakfast sandwiches...was asked to wait another 10-15 while they cook them. Ii think they forget they are a fast food restaurant...or even a restaurant for that. My advice to anyone going here is DONT! Snac shac is literally 3 minutes away, had better coffee, friendly staff and unlike tims actually has food to serve its clients. Hands down worse...

I have a son who is so picky when it comes to donuts and drinks. He would always want to order vanilla dip and other colourful donuts. These are the most popular at Tims but not every Tims have it all the time. We went to Lumby Tim Hortons and he got what he wants and order more premium donuts. It’s fresh and presentation is perfect and you can see that they have the complete donuts display. I am so impress as I came there late in the afternoon. Jenny , one of the staff on duty was friendly and her mood light up the area as she smiles all the time to all the customers entering the store. I recently visited the Tim Hortons in Lumby and had an exceptional experience, all thanks to the amazing barista, Claudette! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly attitude made me feel right at home. She crafted one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time—rich, perfectly brewed, and just the right temperature. Claudette truly knows her coffee!

And let's not forget the Boston Cream donut—it's my absolute favorite, and as always, it was fresh, perfectly glazed, and just the right amount of sweetness.
