Pretty decent place with Chinese food with buffet in Minnedosa. The dishes are of good quality, however not too big variety, especially for the guests with dietary restrictions - for vegans or vegetarians there will be very little to choose from, as even fried rice is with ham, noodles with pork and sautéed vegetables are with beef. But local folks with no such demands are making huge plates, so it's definitely popular. Very polite and friendly staff. The place is clean, though some renovations would be really appreciated. Sun sun is a family favourite restaurant, from past present to future 10/10 best restaurant in town. The only down side, MSG in food :( so many combinations of sides, drinks, mains and dishes you can possibly get. The service is friendly, local owners so they know your name when you walk in the door, so homey feel… not only do they sell Chinese food they sell average food you can find at any other local restaurant! I used to love going for their Buffet until they added turkey to the buffet. The stuffing is disgusting the gravy is just as bad, and it's super weird having turkey with Chinese food it just doesn't work! The best dish was the beef and mushroom and they used to have breaded fish or onion rings that both were amazing but they got rid of that and replace it with the disgusting turkey.
