AFTER POSTING THIS I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE RESTAURANT TELLING ME THEY SAW MY REVIES AND IM BANNED. yeah I honestly assume it's racial profiling. Who gets banned for a review? What kind of business doesn't try to remedy their errors?? I'm obviously going to make a formal complaint to business regulation centers and see to it this is not going to happen to another native and/or customer. Horrible of them. The. To hear laughter in the background is very unprofessional. Going to call for a ban on this restaurant to the chief n council here on kz. We did it to harts before and they finally acknowledged their mistakes. We will not take this treatment! Horrible!

So many times I have ordered delivery from this place. I like the food, the servic management and delivery have to up their game. I was told Fridays n Saturdays r long delivery waits. It was a Wednesday. Theydidnt make my order (or forgot) for 1 hr 45 mins. Whe. I called at that point they put the phone down and I can hear them talking (they were not aware I could hear and I speak french) they said things like the order is not made, the order has to be made still. I told the woman it's been so long ago I ordered n was told it's a long wait for other day but it wasn't eith of the days. Then I was told it's made but has to be warmed up, I continued to wait another 45 minui5s. After being told 20. They forgot to make my order or to send it out, then gave me the excuse that it was a busy day and that it was ready just had to be rewarmed and then had to wait another 45 minutes after that. I like about 12 mins away from restaurant. They spoke down to me like I'm the one who is impatient after hearing them discuss how it wasn't made and they don't know why it wasn't made. Lying to my face. Like I'm stupid. Like I don't understand what they just spoke about. That was very rude of them. And I used to order here weekly. Why do I deserve to be lied to? It was their mistake and I asked the remedy the situation and didn't want to pay full price after the 2+ hr wait I didn't feel that was fair at all. Also! I'm native and my address is on the reservation next to town. Did they treat me like this because I'm native? Are they rude to any white people? Do they speak bad in another language about the customer if they are white? Or have a town address? I would like to know because I feel like it's totally racial profiling! And then not to offer a discount for the waitresses mistake? Idk the manager needs to reasses his employees because this was uncalled for! Horrible waitresses 0 stars...

The food was great but it took nearly an extra half hour after they had served my wife and her mom for them to bring me the lasagna I order. The order was huge though and made two meals for me. Hands down the best pizza in town! The cheese is much better here than other places in town, the sauce is delicious! And the crust is perfection! The customer service is amazing as well, they accidentally put things I didn’t ask for on my kids pizza and corrected the mistake right away and sent out another, I can’t say enough good things...
