Why aren't there 10 stars to choose from? My friends ordered me an afoggato because I couldn't seem to decide for myself which of the many delectable options I wanted to hit my taste buds. The espresso combined with soft serve vanilla is something to write home about for sure. I accidentally tried the coffee a la mode as well (they handed it to me to give to my friend but since I was too indecisive to make my own decision I didn't know it wasn't mine) but nonetheless I would recommend that too. It's basically like an iced capp on steroids. Except there's no steroids. Just a ton of deliciousness in a cup. Also bonus points cuz the straws weren't made of paper (cannot confirm or deny what they were made of but it wasn't paper so there was no soggy cardboard flavour anywhere). Honestly one of the best coffee shop experiences I’ve had. The two baristas were so sweet and accommodating. I truly hit them with a crazy girl Starbucks order and they came through with one of the best coffees I’ve had. They blended my ice coffee without hesitation when I asked! Not to mention such a cute environment to sit and sip your coffee. If we weren’t in a rush we would have just sat and enjoyed our coffee in the cute little café. Now here is a lovely place. All credit must go to the owner Jen . I remember when she first opened at the old location and how much of herself she put in to this business. A la mode is a great place to grab a bite or some ice cream or coffee. The staff are polite and friendly and the the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable.
