Family Time Pizza — Restaurant in Mapleton

As always, great pizza, wings and salad at good prices when I picked mine up yesterday. However, they lost a star due to a surprising issue that bears on integrity. They've discontinued their loyalty program on everything but slice pizza sales. That would be understandable if they were simply no longer issuing new loyalty cards or points. But they refused to honour any of the points I'd built up through multiple purchases over many months as a loyal customer. My two completed $10 loyalty cards are now worth nothing. We ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas for pick up at 5pm on a Saturday. This was our first time ordering from here. We ordered the cheeseburger pizza, but they didn’t have ground beef… so that sucked. We also ordered the chicken Caesar.

Aside from a VERY lengthy line at the front for people that were ordering slices or orders to eat in, this was a very enjoyable experience. I’m giving them a 5 star rating because they provided an excellent service and the pizza was probably the best we’ve had since moving to the area.
