Daily Fresh Grill & Café — Restaurant in Markham

I had Googled restaurants along the way to the GO Station as I needed to grab food for my flightS (plural) and found this gem!!! I wish I had taken pics of my food but they were eaten along the way LOL I ordered breakfast, lunch AND dinner because I would be spending all day on a plane - and I do not like plane food lol. I ordered the Italian omelette with Multigrain toast for breakfast, the deluxe burger with fries for lunch, and the veal cutlet sandwich for my dinner. I noticed their specials board - there was a Peruvian chicken special but it was the special of the day prior. They let me know that they have 3-4 specials every day!! I ate the fries along the drive to the GO Station. I had the omelette once I went through customs and I was shocked at how big it was; there were a lot of potatoes on the side, and my toast was already buttered - big plus! I inhaled this before I reached the aircraft. By lunch, I know that my other food wouldn't be hot/warm but they were STILL GOOD. The deluxe burger was delicious and very filling and lasted me til my next flight lol. The veal cutlet sandwich was so dang good omg even eating it hours after purchase, it was still so tasty and flavourful!!! I can't wait to come back and order...

Website is very misleading. It is a small restaurant with old fashioned style. However, the whole place smells like tires. The tables were sticky and garbage was all over the place. The food options are a great amount, and the pancakes are well-presented. The fruit smoothie was also great. The french toast and bagels were ok, nothing special. In terms of service, you have to go up to the cash to order, and it took 30 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. (only three other people were in the store) You also had to keep reminding them of your order and that you had ordered something. They were not super friendly or welcoming either. They have a lot of options for vegetarians, though. AT the end, they gave us free banana bread that was wrapped in saran-wrap, and begged us to leave them a good review-which they clearly...

Always stop by here when I'm out that way you should to. Soups are fresh like always. These guys are always impressing me with their quality, serving sizes, speed of serving, you name it they look after their customers far better then any breakfast place I've ever been too. It's been well over 3 years since I've been in here and they remembered me like I never had left, very welcoming breakfast cost is still extremely fair, I suggest what you normally pay somewhere else is what I pay including tip. Thank you boss for being such a kind human. The fact that you go out of your way to make sure I'm well loved after I feel loved each and every time I pop in here. Much respect...
