Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Marmora and Lake

Placed an order online and sent the older kids to pick it up. They came home empty handed and said they waited for 10 minutes but nobody was at the counter. I had to walk down there from the edge of town with all of the kids, mind you the order had been sitting there for an hour by this time, for the lady to say "well I told them from the other side that I'd be right with them" .. there were 3 employees on the other side so im not sure why there was no one at her side? The kids said that she didn't even say that to them anyways.. she didn't offer to make it fresh and told me she can't do refunds. Actually, rediscovered pizza pizza peperoni pizza. Even though this location is pick-up only, I ordered xl peperoni pizza recently, only to find that this chain has kept up their values with ingredient quality. Excellent crust, amount of sauce and mozzarella cheese with old school pull with every bite!!! Plenty of peperoni Too!! With the addition of creamy garlic sauce this pizza is consistently cooked to perfection! Ok it was hot and made well before time it was said to be done so the staff member a young man killed it. But sadly that’s where it falls short. I’ve been making pizza for 25 years and the dough was to dry when it was made. The oven It was to hot to allow the crust to rise properly. The cheese is the wrong cheese I believe it’s not pizza mozzarella or 1/2 fat. The pizza was dry, The toppings were good and the sauce was correct but the rest wasn’t good at all.
