Omgee normally i love it here. There service is great and speedy but this day was a nightmare. 1st off no ice for the fountain pop ( i will say prolly not their fault as the town was dealing with boil order) however offer a can of cold pepsi so im not drinking hot pepsi ...ekk next i have a famous chicken burger ( like my fav extra pickles loves it) i take one bite and its pink (or is all walls everything is red, i cant be sure), i go ask for a plastic knife to cut in half just to be sure. No knifes in the restaurant so i get a fork, i maul apart the burger, deemed it maybe - maybe not and went to eat it. The great food server came over and wanted to check, she thought it was better to send it back. So nice right, brought me another burger, had a bite and was to paranoid to eat as it looked the same ( they are big ol burgers) so brought home husband ate it, he lived and said it was great. I've been to a few KFCs around Newfoundland, and this one is easily the best. The food is always hot and fresh. The chicken is crispy, the fries are cooked just right, and the gravy actually has flavor. My go to is the crispy chicken
What really makes this location great is the service. Salaa (pink hair) is the best employee there. Always friendly, fast, and remembers people. No matter how busy it gets, they stay on top of everything and treat everyone with respect. You can tell they care about doing a good job.
