Succursale Tim Hortons propre et visiblement rénovée récemment. Par contre, le service à la clientèle est tout simplement horrible. On a dû répéter notre commande plusieurs fois et personne s’en occupait. Les employés couraient partout comme des poules pas de tête (mais le gérant, y’était où??) et faisaient n’importe quoi sauf servir les clients. Le service devrait toujours être la priorité, mais ici, c’était ben loin d’être le cas. Deux employés s’acharnaient à nettoyer des machines pendant que plusieurs clients attendaient leur commande en s’impatientant. Il a fallu interpeller un employé qui passait et insister fortement pour finalement recevoir ce qu’on avait commandé. Sinon, on serait jamais servis. Bref, une expérience décevante qui donne pas le goût...
