Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mattawa

Avoid this place like the plague. If you want staff to throw packs of ketchup at you then get mad at you for crossing an imaginary line with your hand to catch ketchup packs thrown at you expect to be yelled at by the staff about cross contamination. Hey if your so worried about that don't throw stuff at customers and if someone does cross this line how about marking it in real life and not just in your head and when a customer does cross this line with their hand instead of freaking out about it how about just smile maybe say something about it in a nice way and then taking the time to clean the counter that I didn't even touch. Instead of running off two the back and having some teenager try to white wash the whole situation and trying to blame the CX over it. Then get your managers on site TO CALL BACK TO REQUESTS TO BE CALLED BACK. WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO FIRE ALL STAFF AND START OVER AND HIRE WHOEVER IS RUNNING THE SUBWAY IN MATTAWA CAUSE THAT PLACE KNOWS HOW TO HUSTLE BE KIND COURTOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AF TO THE CXS hire kind and hard working staff and keep that place clean unlike the Tim Hortons I'm Mattawa. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..I have witness the owner scream at a trucker for having his cabin park in the parking lot . the man had taking a few meals there and kept moving his cabin truck and was waiting for a permission pass cause by an over weight load ( the container was waiting somewhere else ) ..when i ask.the owner not to scream at his customer( how can you scream at a customer like that ) offended by my quiet intervention. ) 3 days later.. he had to scream at me for being there 2 hours for doing internet..when i l;left immediately and calmly said to never talk this brutal way ever to me again. ( he was commanding me in an extreme bossy way ( he send the police on me..with a warning . if i had a past with the police ( i dont have any ) it could have create a load of useless drama that most of us can avoid in our life. lucky me..the police was way much more nice and human. it has create for me a...

Look for the roll up cups. They will give the normal cups instead of roll ups. So very disappointed with this kind of behavior. I thought it was a mistake for the first time when it happened last week. Even today I bought two small triple triple after finishing my 8 hour shift around 9:30 pm to 10 pm on Wednesday night March 2018( if the manager cares checking the cameras).
