Ordered takeout. Food is decent BP quality. Nothing special. Unfortunately, despite getting takeout and selecting utensils, none were included. Got back to the hotel and had to rip up the lid to use as a makshift spoon. Prices are a tad outrageous, especially for extras. Part of the order was a double of wings and an onion ring. Despite this costing $40, they only included 1 dip roughly the size of a tablespoon (see photo). I decided to add an extra dip due to the onion rings, and it was the same size for $3. A $40 meal came with maybe 2 oz of dip, with another 2 oz for $3. And no veggies either with the wings. All in all, the food was decent but ridiculous prices, small portions, and missing food/items makes the experience this time very poor.

Ordered to go from the Meadow Lake Boston Pizza as we were travelling through town, waited 5 more minutes after giving them an extra 15 minutes to their 15 to 20 minute estimate timing they gave us when we called. Very little sauce on the Jambalaya fettuccine also no mozzarella and no pecans in the pecan salad. Generally speaking they knew it was a to go order and we wouldn't drive back 100 plus kms to complain.

Came in from northern Saskatchewan, walk in through the front door with a small party of 4. We answered all health questions, as we should! They even asked if we were vaccinate! Yes we all are!

Walk to our table, noticible food spills! Asked if it could be cleanned, the waiter didn't think it needed to be cleaned and opted to move us.

The second table was worst with a SHOE print right on the top of the table!

We decided to go back to the original table and get it cleaned! WAITER came with the spray and paper towel sprayed down the table! As he insisted all the tabled were sanitized! And continually said so, we decided at that point to leave! If the can insist it was cleN when it clearly wasn't It makes me wonder about the kitchen!

If the staff wants to put there lives in danger go ahead! But I will not support a business who REFUSES to take the health of there customer serious!

Disappointed!

No remorse for there lack of cleanings! Not appreciated at all as we are in a pandemic!

If your worried about you health! Stay away! They don't clean! Very dirty!

I went to Boston Pizza twice and I really enjoyed my experience there. The food was good.. nothing exceptional but good! The staff was super nice. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. Their menu is varied and caters to vegetarians... even vegans (newly added buffalo cauliflower bites). My only concern is that I find the food a little overpriced but things in this town generally are because of it's location. Other issue is that they do not accept reservations which I wish they did. We had our staff super there and we were 12 people (seated at different tables due to covid) and we were all nervous that some of our other staff members that would arrive later would be refused since the place got busy at that time. It worked out well in the end. I love the large screen TV's too! All and all I recommend this place as I have found very few acceptable places to eat in...

Hardly anyone working here anymore and the servers that are working don't seem like they are in a hurry to do any work. We waited for over 10 minutes standing at the front before anyone sat us. The table we were sat at was still dirty with crusty food remnants still stuck to it. Only saw the server once to take food and drink order at the same time, they never came back at all to check on drinks or food. The fries were under cooked, soaked in grease and inedible. No salt or pepper on the table. The men's bathroom has one working sink and the other sink drain is plugged.

This place DESPERATELY needs a visit from Boston Pizza regional manager or trainer because this is one of the worst locations I've ever eaten at. All my visits the last 2 - 3 weeks have been mostly the same. Just...
