Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Meadow Lake

Yesterday was busy there, employees couldnt handle it. They closed the main doors and served only drive through. So I asked why in drive through, he said there was only two employees on shift. So I was like ok that's fine. I waited like 15 min for my order, after only 3 vehicles ahead of me. When I got to window they fkd up my order. Refused to fix due to so many people behind me. I used to work in drive through its easiest job I've ever had in my whole entire life. Also when I got to window I visibly saw 4 workers inside, was I pissed. I thought I'd feel more chill about it today, but no still pissed. WHY CANT YOUR EMPLOYEES HANDLE THERE JOBS??? It's a fast food restaurant it's going to...

The staff is always friendly and polite, the establishment is always clean and very clean in the toilet, which cannot be said about other establishments around. The products are always fresh and tasty. The management of Tim Hortons should encourage their staff at Meadow Lake, because they show excellent service of the institution and attention to customers. Again, what cannot be said about other "restaurants" in the Meadow, except maybe DQ. Tim Hortons positions itself as Fast food, but it is much better than all the food establishments in Meadow Lake. I'm not fond of doing poor reviews. Especially in my hometown. But this place really takes the cake. Poor management shows as the staff seem very poorly trained. I feel sorry for the staff at times. It's has the slowest drive thru in Canada I'm sure. And can't get orders right at all. Been like this for over 3 years. Go inside as the drive thru is useless and the one or two employees are too busy with the drive thru to help you. Where is the Tim Hortons Franchise watchdogs? This place needs a huge overhaul or...
