Camps biggest strength is also their greatest weakness. The creativity of their ice cream flavours are wonderful in theory, its just a lot of them never really hit the mark. So many good ideas that just dont give me that "Gotta come back for more!" feeling. As well, a lot of classics are altered when they almost shouldnt be, they are classics for a reason. Mexican Street Corn or Habenero Peach, taking daring chances, but I do not know who these flavors are for. I think to stay competitive, its gonna be important to increase the quality of the ice cream, rather than the wild and zany assortment of flavours that are churned (heh) out. Please take this as constructive criticism, rather than an attack on the business, because I, like many, desire as many ice cream locations as possible.

If I can give a positive, their Espresso Flake IS the best version I have ever tried, so I KNOW camp has it in them...

Hands down, Camp Handcrafted Ice Cream is the best ice cream around! The waffle cones are absolutely killer, with their crispy texture and great cinnamon flavour. They might be just as good, or better than the ice cream! They remind me of a delicious Italian cinnamon cookie.

In the summer there are benches outside to enjoy your idealized ice cream cone, or bowl. They have containers of different flavours of ice cream in their freezer to take home and now they have ice cream cakes as well. My favourite is the chocolate covered strawberries. The flavours change all of the time.

This place is a hidden gem! 👌🤩 From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. You can taste as many of the variety of flavors as you want, so you can make sure you'll love the one you pick. So many interesting flavors to pick from including ube💜. And the best part...the homemade waffle cones & bowls. They are cinnamon, the best ice cream cone I've ever had😌 to top it off, it's a beautiful shop! Also, the island mud pie ice cream is better then any I've had, it's espresso, Oreo and fudge.
