My wife and I checked out Pasta-Bilities in Medicine Hat and it is a super cute, little, Italian restaurant run by adorable owners. They make their own fresh pasta by hand and it is super affordable. We had the fresh pasta with tarragon and meatballs, apricot juice, wine and the caramel apple cheesecake. It was all lovely. Roger was a one man show and he was very kind and welcoming.
You can’t beat this spot for an affordable lunch like grandpa and grandma used to make. They are also the parents of Gordie Johnson, of the classic, Canadian, blues rock band, Big Sugar. He won't be running the store much longer due to his age and health, so pay Pasta-Bilities a visit while...
