How was the first one in my party to get there, the server sat me at the table. Tossed the menus on the table instead of server will be right with me, with her back to me as she was walking away. The server we had was wonderful the food came out pretty quick I ordered a one-piece fish and chips and it was so salty, I was literally wiping the salt off to try and eat it. You could see all the grains of salt all over the whole dish. Coleslaw and tartar sauce were served in these tiny half ounce portion cups. And the somewhat lukewarm lumpy gravy wasn't special. For dessert, I asked for coconut cream pie to be given a almost frozen piece of some store-bought pie I could probably get at Costco. This was the second time I've been there. the first time I was less than impressed as well, however they were very busy and had just returned to dine-in service after the pandemic shutdown. So I understood some of the shortcomings. All the staff looked miserable. The woman who seated me looked like she hated being there and probably couldn't crack a smile with a crowbar. It's my turn to pick the restaurant next time we go out, so I'll be picking...

I would give this experience 3.5 stars. Ate here today during the quarentine, the girlfriend and I like to eat locally once a week to try and support local businesses.

We ordered the deep fried pickles, two piece fish and onion rings, and the JD bourbon Burger.

Deep fried pickles we got 7 for 8.99 with a cajun Mayo great value just wish they were crispier!

Two Piece fish and onion rings were good seemed to be better then the cheap frozen onion rings you usually get other places and a very good value! Portion was great lots of rings and two pieces will fill you!

JD burger was very good was quite pleased! Meat isnt frozen its made in house! The bun easily supports the juicy burger didnt have any worries about the bun falling apart! Fries were ordered as extra crispy and less salty... The fries were seasoned great but the crispness was almost non existent got a few fries that were borderline underdone! They were very busy but that shouldnt matter! Seems as though crispy was a fall short today, but will definitely go back and try the sit down option when available! ( as it is harder to maintain crispy in a...

We love the Buffalo chicken sandwich here but go with the knowledge you will NOT have a good customer service experience or take out and save the disappointment! They nickle and dime you for everything... I asked for a bit more hot sauce to add to my burger as it was quite dry... you bet a charge was added! Such a wasteful restaurant as everything is in pre portioned plastic cups that are as small as they can find... your coleslaw comes in a condiment container so basically one bite. The manager is honestly just awful... I truly don't know why she works in customer service because she REALLY seems to hate it! Some of the other servers are sweet as pie but you can tell they are even nervous around the manager. Side note: my son got the kids meal ND for dessert got the worms & dirt (Pudding dessert) and it came out in a plastic Pudding container (like what you would put in your kids lunch) with some stale cookie crumble and 2 rock hard...

We have lived here for five months and I cannot believe we hadn't eaten here yet. First of all, don't let the outside fool you. It looks small and unassuming outside but inside is really spacious and tastefully decorated! Its really laid back and chill in there which is nice. I'm sure you've heard the expression "don't trust a skinny cook" - how about "don't trust a server who can't offer recommendations"? The server we had was so friendly, and she was excited that we hadn't been there before. To see an employee get passionate about the food they serve is a key indicator of the quality of place you're about to eat at. She had quite a few recommendations which were really helpful, as we simply couldn't decide what to have from such a large menu where everything sounds delicious. We ended up have a wrap and a burger, with normal and waffle fries. The food was so fresh and delicious! We can't wait to eat here again. Service was excellent!

My go-to place to take the family. Also my fav spot to take myself out to lunch. I can go dressed up or in my sweats and never feel judged. It’s a great local restaurant with the small town feel. They are known for their fish and chips. The batter is crispy which is the best in my opinion. They make lemon pepper fish bites that are so good! The serving is big enough to share. I’ve tried half of the menu and enjoyed every single bite. Some of the menu items I love: spinach salad, crispy fries and gravy, burgers, brisket wrap, brisket grilled cheese, fish bites, fish tacos, fried dill pickles, nachos, mozza sticks, quesadilla, poutine, waffle fry nachos, and of course their milkshakes! I love stopping in for a caesar and listening to the country music while watching sports. The staff are great and the food is fast and fresh! And they make a damn good caesar!

We've dined in this wonderful place more than a few times already. But last night wasn't at all as good as before. My wife ordered her usual chicken wings and i had their 6-bone rib rack with fries. The server asked me if I wanted gravy with it and i said yes. The wings came after 20 mins and the ribs 10 mins after. The long wait would have been ok if the wings, especially the ribs, weren't bone dry. I swear they were not like this before. The ribs were dry to the bones and charred. And when we got the bill, i was surprised they charged the gravy that came with the charred, bone-dry ribs. I asked why and the server said because i ordered the gravy. First of, she asked if i wanted the gravy with it. I said yes. She did not mention that it was extra. And the poster ad on the wall of the ribs did not mention it either.
