The products look and smell amazing, but the service is sub par. I waited in line outdoors to buy a gingerbread house kit for my kids (realizing that it's COVID, and lineups are the norm). Upon getting to the front of the line, I was informed that I would have to call, and order ahead for such a kit.

Although the bakery was closed and the team was busy working on an upcoming order, they went above and beyond to help us make his day extra special. The chocolate carrot cake was absolutely delicious, and all the staff at camp were thrilled to celebrate with us. We truly can’t thank you enough for your kindness and generosity. Thank you for making our experience such a...
