I’m ben going to the Tim Hortons in Harriston for at least the last four years, Every day I get nothing but good service very clean place cleanest I’ve ever seen a Tim Hortons and I’ve been to a lot of them head Supervisor is always nice and Comfortable to talk to if there is a mixup on an order kindly enough to fix the order without any problems I used to go there 10 years ago, but the service sucks so bad not clean rude stuff so whatever that supervisor is doing keep it up because it’s working. I go out of my way to go to the Tim Hortons after the time I believe her name is Kathy head supervisor That is your name then Kathy keep up the good work
Again with the Tim Hortons like normal no wait time which I like Friendly staff always polite management is top notch never an issue lineup is normally not bad unless A lot of people going at once but other than that very fast service never screws up my order plenty of parking unless it’s a long weekend Then there’s not a ton of parking but other than that, very clean place very well tidy like I said the management is top notch that’s why you’re my number one place to go and other Tim Hortons don’t get The same type of service bathroom is very clean. Floor is very clean. There’s no dust you could eat...

I’m writing this with deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Tim Hortons. I had very clearly ordered an Everything Bagel single toasted with butter, crispy onions, hashbrown, tomatoes, and lettuce. This was meant to be a fully vegetarian order.
To my utter shock and disgust, I was served a non-vegetarian bagel with sausage inside.
As a Hindu, I do not consume beef or meat products, and this act is not just a dietary mistake it is a complete disregard for my religious beliefs and personal values. Eating meat, especially unknowingly, is deeply offensive and spiritually distressing for me.
This is not a small error. It’s a serious breach of trust, and it raises questions about your staff’s training, attention to detail, and basic respect for customer instructions and cultural sensitivity. I expect far better from an established brand like Tim Hortons.
I strongly urge your management to take this matter seriously, implement stricter checks for dietary restrictions, and train your staff properly to prevent such careless and offensive mistakes in the future.
You have not just lost my trust, you’ve...

My colleague and his girlfriend recently got a puppy in the area, and after a long drive, we decided to stop by for coffee. Since there was no signage indicating that animals were not allowed in the store, we brought the puppy inside. After placing our order, the staff member serving us was quite rude, but we chose to overlook it. Shortly after, we received a notification that our order was ready. Then, a woman with a very rude demeanor approached us and stated that we could not bring the small puppy (weighing 3 lbs) inside. We apologized and explained that there was no sign at the door. If there had been a sign, we would not have entered, and one of us would have just ordered. The staff that served us should have informed us of this policy before we placed our order, rather than telling us ten minutes after we arrived that we couldn’t have the puppy with us. I hope that after reading this review, they will consider putting up a sign at the door to warn others not to enter with pets. Attached photos NO SIGNAGE...
