The Magic Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Minto

When you have a sign up that says back in 5 minutes, you should be back on 5 minutes. We were driving through town and thought we could wait 5 minutes but after more than 5 minutes and still no staff in sight, we gave up. Would love to give our business to you but is hard to do when your doors are closed during business hours. Really should give a zero star rating because we didn't get any service but can't.

An incredible hot place inside (temperature wise). There was a family of four before me, only one staff, but even though she was efficient and extremely diligent and really nice, the hardness of the ice cream did not allowed her to scoop the ice cream faster, so it took some time, about 15 minutes. I ordered 3 chocolate sundaes and downgraded from waffercups to regular waxed cups, the size was smaller than the waffer cups. The paper cups were I would say 4 ounces. Each sundae was very expensive $6 + taxes each. The ice cream is not special, the regular comercial brands, I think Nestle? A good thing for the environment is that they use disposable spoons made of wood. I won't be going...

This place is a lovely blend of magic and ice cream. The inside is spacious, and the walls are glazed with a heartwarming shade of pink that will bring the inner child out of even the most experienced adults ;p. Rainbow lights dance across the ceiling as if celebrating all the flavours this shop has to offer. If you suspend your logic and reason for just a minute, you might just believe this is where unicorns gather!
