Would give 0 stars if possible. This Tim Hortons is a shell of its former self. 5-6 years back when I was in high school this was the place to be. My friends worked here, the quality was fantastic and everyone always loved hanging out here. Ever since the change in ownership the customer service and quality have gone down the gutter. If you order a coffee thankfully they can get that right. But add on an iced coffee or 2, some doughnuts and now “we didn’t hear you order that” or “you never ordered that but we can add it now”. Happens very consistently. Everytime I go it’s something. I ordered the Quenchers with lemonade instead of sparkling water multiple times, first time they messed it up, whatever it’s confusing I’m sure. Second time, I made sure I repeated it multiple times and watched them punch it in right only to get to the window and get the wrong drink again. Ordered multiple coffees and only got one, ordered a doughnut and got the wrong one. Anything more than a coffee here, good luck getting what you asked for. Staff needs serious retraining and ownership is certainly at least partially to blame. Very disappointing and tonight was definitely my last time ordering...
Read moreCustomer service needs to be addressed. Some workers go to the window and already expect you to know what your total is even though they didn’t punch it all in on the screen nor did they tell you what the total was. After, they hand you your coffee, no thank you, no have a great day, nothing. Online it states open 24 hours and actually closes at 11 unless you have a car. I walked all the way out there (almost 4km) and store front was closed and store would not serve me as I was walking through the drive through. Have seen many transports stop out-front, walk to the doors, then the window once they realize it’s locked, and have to walk back to their truck empty handed. Will allow police office to enter store after 11 and allow them to sit in and eat their meal, but won’t allow others to enter. Just got to say, one of the worst Tim Hortons around. You would think being in such a small town, you would want all the business you can get and not trying people away. You drive to the Tim Horton, either Harriston or Listowel, both about 10 minutes away. These stores have the same amount of staff working with both the drive through and the store front open for all customers...
Read moreUsed the app for the two farmers wraps for $7. The person whom took my order asked me are you using the 2 for $7 in the app. I was then informed the deal only worked if you ordered two of the same wrap. I said ok and ordered two of the same for $12.78 $12.78 then she scanned my barcode. Held out the debit machine and I tapped. I got a notification for a $12.78 withdrawal from my account. I told the worker it didn’t change to $7. Oh, you’re right it didn’t . Someone else comes to the window and says I’m sorry, I don’t know why it won’t work. I’ll talk with my superiors. No refund on my debit, not an offer for something else , absolutely nothing. Ripped off for $5.78 without a single care in the world. I’ve been to this location 50-200 times over the years and that’s it for me, I won’t return. Why would I return to a business that does not care about their customers? I went here for food, not to get screwed. Oh and the wraps sucked! Zero...
