Trust this review!!! I tried this place months ago and was so disappointed that I didn't even want the bother writing a review about because I didn't want to even think about it especially since I was gullible enough to actually believe the reviews. I was thinking "oh great, I don't have to go to the city for some good Indian food" Nope. Should of known better since it's palmerston. The food here is horrible. They 100% have fake reviews. There's no possible way they have a 4.7 rating. 1. Either the reviews are fake, 2. The people that eat here have never had good Indian food and aren't picky about quality in the slightest paying a fortune, or 3. I just happened to get the worst Indian food I've ever had in my life from a place that supposedly has THE BEST BUTTER CHICKEN AND INDIAN FOOD!!!! (According to some reviews I'm reading lol) Yeah I don't buy it. Don't say I didn't warn you. Plus its the most expensive Indian food I've ever had as well compared to places in the city which have better food and yet they have worse ratings??? I'm telling you there's 100% something up with the reviews or there's something in the water in palmerston that people are drinking lol. Because sometimes people just don't have good taste so it's possible. I've had people tell me they think harry stones has really good food when its mediocre. If you're a foody and have had good Indian food before you'll be disappointing...

We had heard some good stuff about this place so decided to give it a try. Unfortunately the 130 KMs drive (both ways) left me with a very poor taste in my mouth, literally. Don’t think the owner cares about running this place at all. The one person who was present there was an ā€œall in oneā€ playing the roles of chef, server, host, cleaner. On a hot day, the place had no air conditioning and some fans running only on one side of the restaurant. The food quality was poor at best and we were served rice that was clearly stale. The server admitted to the rice being a day old but clearly it was more than a few days old. The chole bhature was below average and the chicken tikka masala did not have any chicken tikka pieces and was flavourless. The poor guy managing everything in the place was clearly over-worked and couldn’t even communicate properly, let alone explain the dishes. Not his fault as obviously he has been thrown in the deep end without proper training and oversight. All in all a terrible experience. We were told that the owner comes in once a week and that he is focusing on a new restaurant that he has bought in Kitchener. I do wish him well but I’ll steer clear of the...

I’m honesty surprised with all the 5 star reviews. Don’t know if these people haven’t had good Indian food before or if they just made my order completely different from most or if they had some sort of placebo effect were they thought it was going to be good therefore it taste good to them… idk lol but the butter chicken was gross. It didn’t even taste like butter chicken. It was sweet almost. The lamb curry wasn’t the best either and the rice that came with it all was very bland. No seasoning at all and had some weird taste underling. The samosas and garlic naan was the best thing I had there but that’s hard to really mess up. It wasn’t the best I’ve tried though. Pretty disappointing considering it’s closer to me then the city from where I live and there were good reviews on the place so I was expecting something a lot better also considering the price. I know other Indian food spots that charge less for something a lot better. My dad and I couldn’t even finish our food on the plate. Maybe they changed chefs, I really don’t know what went wrong. I'm a foodie myself so I don’t understand why there are so many...

Foodies Alert! After a long time we have found the perfect balance of taste, ambiance and fun. 1. Ambiance - a sports bar look with some indian tarka! 2. Food - Somehow outside India i have felt if you ask for spicy food it is translated as hot food, spicy IS NOT SAME AS hot!! At Bombay hub you get the right amount of spices and aroma (choose you level of šŸ”„ as you wish) If anyone is missing Delhi ke kulche or chole bhature or Mumbai ka Bhaji Paw, definately try this place, you will be pleasantly surprised. Or, if you haven't tried these before, and much more, then definately give this place a try. The picture doesn't do justice but sharing for reference. The owner/chef is very passionate about his food and establishment and that you can see, hear and taste every second you spend there. Great portions, superb taste and prepared fresh to taste, cant ask for more, can we?

We stopped by this restaurant after watching matinee performance at Drayton festival theater. About a 15 min drive to Palmerston. The food was great! The owner waited on us - he was the wait staff, bartender and chef. Super busy gentleman. He explained what the menu items were and asked what level of heat we wished in our dishes. There were 4 of us - we split orders of garlic and butter naan and there was a nice amount for all of us. I tried the fish Karahi, my friends tried the shrimp karahi, the chicken tikka masala, and the Singaporean chowmein. All were plated hot/steaming, and the spicy heat of the food was perfect for us. Our beer was cold. I wish we would have room for dessert, as I’m sure it would have been delicious.
