McDonald's — Restaurant in Mirabel

I rarely get good service at this mc donalds. Most of the time staff in stress and inpatient. Today I had to call human resources because this McDonald's refused to add FREE simple syrup in my ice coffee. I understand caramel and vanilla flavored syrup is 50 60 cents but simple syrup is free. I take my ice coffee the same way every morning and its been years. But every once in a while. More often then not. I fall on unpatient and rude staff and managers who are unaware that simple syrup is FREE. When this happens I am stuck paying for something FREE or not getting it at all because staff and managers are to stubborn and unpatient to simply look into the computer to find the button that says simple syrup. I find it insane that mc donalds doesn't not have a courtesy policy because let me tell you this. More expensive than other McDonald's in the area. I thought all McDonald's had the same prices well apparently not. This one charged me 4.29 plus tax for an egg mcmuffin plus 2.25 for an extra egg.The McDonald's in Blainville charges 3.89 plus tax for the mcmuffin and 1.30 for the extra egg. McDonald's in Boisbriand same as Blainville. Bunch of crooks.

I äTe chessebuger, with medium fy. With uhm monke and umh coke good coke yes i like the flavors of the coke they were watery and i liked them the coke had a good color of brown. It was good coke best i bought! Mixed it with alcohol and woke up in house at 7 am hungover confused, and realised it was the 18th drink i made that night.
