McDonald's — Restaurant in Mirabel

If I could, I would give it no stars. I arrived at the drive through and there was approximately 5 vehicles in front of me. Not surprisingly, it made for added wait time. I place my order for a happy meal with a cheeseburger with just ketchup. I pull up to pay my total, $5.15. I hand the girl $10.15 and she says thanks, I can proceed... Uhm, you owe me $5. I get my change and finally get my order. In the box is an all dressed cheeseburger with extra pickles. I park my car, which I was trying to avoid doing, go into the restaurant. I'm greeted by a young lady who stands cracking her knuckles as I explain. She responds by saying, "did you order extra pickles?". For the third time, I ask for just ketchup. She goes in the back, gets another burger and hands it to me. This time, there is no ketchup, but everything else, including extra pickles that I never ordered. I send it back again. Finally, another young lady comes over and all but tossed the right burger without a word and walked away. Customer service is a...

Now, this is the FIRST macDonalds in the world i have a bad review about, but i guess it has to be said. .. We were 4 in 1 car in the drive-thru. 3 or us ordered the #1(big-mac, fri, drink) ,,, 1 was with bacon.. The other had a poutine and two mini cheeseburgers. But, (NO JOKE),, we were not served our meals for at LEAST 24 minutes... Never were we told to drive ahead either to pass the people behind up. So thats about 7 ppl that also waited aprox 25 mins for their food... And the inside was empty; other than the 14 that seemed to be working there. I was very dissapointed to see the dissorganization and time delay. Im 36 years old, and ive been to my fair share of MccyD's.. But never did i expect to one day see this. 👎👎👎👎...

My fries were cold. I asked the manager if he could exchange them with the new batch that was cooking in oil. The manager said nothingbut by the look on his face that he was very annoyed. He then turned around and gave me an other one from the same batch that were sitting there since I had arrived(obviously they also could). I asked kindly once again if I could have the fries that just came out of the oil as I had previously asked. He argued with me saying that the fries were perfectly fine and... Finally, I asked an other employee and she changed them for me. She smiled without hesitation she changed my cold ones for the hot ones. By then my burger was now cold but the that's ok. I just hate...
