Starbucks — Restaurant in Mission

Yesterday morning around 8 am entered the store and discovered the women’s washroom was filthy and garbage left in there . Person in charge said they were run off their feet. Three customers in the store . I said it should be a priority to clean either before they leave at night or first thing in am. Also crumbs were on tables snd main floor looked like it needed a was as well as filthy glass door. I have never been in a Starbucks do dirty. It should be a huge red flag if they are lax in this area what happens behind the counter? To add more disappointment we bought 27.00 worth of goodies with our drinks 3 pastries famished were stale we found out later when we ate them. Best Starbucks around!!! Amazing friendly staff that have left wonderful well wishes of “good morning!” Or “have a lovely day” on cups. I was having a really bad week and that made my whole day that day. A part of the week wasn’t so bad anymore, and that was purely thanks to you. The drinks are always good and they don’t even hesitate to fix any and all errors with a big smile. Nothing seems to phase them and all I can say is Thank you. Came today (7/11/22) around 630pm. The two girls there were the sweetest. One of the girls names was Carly I saw from the name tag and another who was working with her. Unfortunately didn’t get her name. But both of those girls need an award of some sort for literally the best customer service. They made sure to be careful with making my drinks/food bc of an allergy and didn’t mind when I asked again to clarify it was safe. Both had great attitudes, perfect customer service, and made my experience well worth my 45 min drive there. Although I live far, honestly, if I go driving out I’ll be sure to come back to this location after my experience today. Good on...
