Subway — Restaurant in Mission

Worst subways experience I've been to. Placed order ahead as I was in a rush. The sandwich was burning in the grill when I arrived and no one behind counter. She remade the sandwich, completely ignoring my ingredients list. There was so much mustard it was all I could taste. No mayo, requested extra. Added things I didn't want. Charged me 4$ for mozzarella and didn't bother telling me she didn't put it on "because it's been discontinued." I had to go back in and ask her about the cheese. She proceeded to make me prove I paid 4$ extra by having to pull up the app, when its clearly on their receipt or order form. The whole thing cost me an extra 15 minutes.. I should have went to Starbucks and got a reheated wrap, at least Id know what I'm getting. I couldn't even finish the first half because of the amout of mustard. Threw it away. Very annoyed and...

SCAMMERS

Woman working intentionally punched in multiple extra items, was asked the remove them, said she did but still left extras. When we questioned the total she insisted it was correct. After leaving and doing the math, we went back in to ask for a receipt and there were still extra items added. Had to argue to get the money back. What a joke

Also not sure how you can make a sandwich wrong when the customer is standing in front of you specifying what they'd like on it but somehow they managed. Probably because the woman working was listening to a headset and could barely hear what was being said.

Picked up a mobile order and went back home to find one of the sandwiches was wrong, no big deal. I ask politely for it to be remade when I come back. The person ahead of me was entirely rude, so I try to be understanding. However, the way I was treated so far beyond inconceivable. She took the incorrect sandwich and roughly tossed it into the garbage, then proceeded to grumpily ask me what was on the sandwich. I recited the sandwich, not forgetting to say please and thank you.
