Ate breakfast here before trip to Cancun. Food was excellent , it came promptly after ordering on the IPad and was served with a smile by Mariah Williams. Who would think that I would have any further interaction with this lovely girl after leaving for my flight. It wasn't until I reached Cancun I realized I left my tablet on the table we ate breakfast. I was devastated as had just purchased it. I logged a report with Lost & Found online at Pearson but held out no hope. A day later I was contacted by Mariah Williams via messenger to say she had found my tablet! Wow!! In this day and age it is very rare and extremely refreshing to find such honesty and integrity. She took responsibility to find me herself and offered to even drop the tablet off to me. Wow! Wow! Wow! Now that's service ! Because of timetables we decided it would be easiest for her to arrange it be dropped off at lost n found. She gave it to her manager Stew Cowan who took it there that very day. Even when I contacted her again to confirm it had been dropped off, (as Lost & Found had not sent me a notification they had received it) she followed up with her manager and confirmed back to me. Nothing was too much trouble. I have since been reunited with my tablet all thanks to this lovely girl whose thoughtfulness and sincerity have exceeded any expectations one would have of a stranger. I am beyond grateful and cannot recommend this restaurant more highly, for this is a glowing example of staff integrity and honesty at its best. Thank you...

Worst service I have ever received! I was at the location next to gate 32 T3 (YYZ) on the evening of Friday 8th March 2024 (around 8pm). I ordered a beer and a can of Luke warm beer was thrown on my table with no glass! I got the attention of the server as she passed by and asked for a glass, she told me the dishwasher had just finished and the glasses were warm. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and around 20 mins later I ordered a second beer. Again she came by and threw it on my table in the can! I asked still no glasses? She replied I’m on my own and will bring it later. After 20 mins I walked to the bar, having watched her stand behind the bar chatting for at least 10 mins and asked for a glass. She slammed it down in front of me on the bar and walked off. In which world is it ok to sell a $4 can of beer for $17 without a glass. Who is training these people? Serving beer out of a can! How uncivilized! Disgusting service! Train your people better or get better people ! I see other terrible reviews and the Company / Managers don’t even bother to reply just...

The Ultimate Bacon Experience – A Culinary Masterpiece by Chef Robert!

If you think you’ve had good bacon before, think again! Chef Robert has redefined what it means to serve the PERFECT side of bacon. From the moment it arrived at the table, the aroma alone was enough to make my taste buds dance in anticipation.

Each strip was flawlessly cooked—crispy on the edges yet tender enough to melt in your mouth. The balance of smoky richness and savory perfection was simply out of this world. Every bite was like a warm, comforting hug for my stomach, smooth and satisfying in a way that only true culinary artistry can achieve.

This wasn’t just bacon—it was an experience. It deserves WAY more than 10 stars because it’s in a league of its own. If you ever get the chance to taste Chef Robert’s bacon, don’t hesitate—just order it. You can...

You have to use a QR code to order. And we have done that before - so no problem…. Or so we thought … it turned out to be impossible. After trying both our phones without any luck, I went to the register so I could order and pay. But… you cannot do that … have to use the QR code. Then they told me that we should be on the WiFi… so we both did that. Still no luck. While fighting to get this going, two other couples left because they could not make it work. Finally a lady/server came by and said we could use an IPad the servers have… and that worked… So we got a very expensive drink and glass of wine after 15 minutes of trying to make it work. So not only was it almost impossible to order - but at least it was very expensive. The wine was fine, but the April Spritz my wife ordered was totally watered out. Not going there again.

Vinifera Terminal 1 Toronto Pearson. Had the beer and wings combo with decent BBQ sauce. Ok not fine dining but honestly not too shabby for 18.99. 1 can of Rickhard’s Red and a reasonable size food portion for one person. Plus there is just something about sitting at an airport bar waiting for Europe flight and people watching that is just so intrinsically satisfying and makes up for lack of reasonable dining options. There IS a braised brussel sprouts salad (standalone no drink combo) but for the sake of everyone on the flight I don’t think I will try that even though it IS the most intriguing thing on the menu 😂😂 Maybe I will have another beer 😉

Don't know why there are any bad reviews here; QR code and website were easy to use and fairly intuitive. the service was friendly, prompt & professional, there was a great selection of wine and other drinks, nice selection of food. I had the Brie & Smoked Bacon sandwich and it was delightful. Atmosphere about as good as can get in an airport. Nice and bright near the windows, lots of charging per seating and prices on par with airport food.
