Ignore the outer appearance of the building, its decor, or its company name. In this restaurant's situation, you should NOT judge its service by its cover! Chef Ramsay would be super happy about their friendly and quality service...extremely clean and excellently grilled fresh meat that is not frozen! (nice thickness too) [a bonus is the price you pay for what they sell you, amazing value] EDIT: they're currently offering 3 cheeseburgers for $10 and make a nice lemonade from scratch for only $2 a regular size cup. Only thing I'd suggest is that they put a little ice in each cup or a lot into the big container they have it sitting in to...

Really disappointed. I've eaten here for years and my mom was given 6 free 6" subs. With a purchase of a beverage. The day she went in... the lady refused her free coupons cause the lady said she can only use one at a time... my mother replied with it says I will purchase a drink for each coupon. The lady still refused. On the coupons no where does it say limit one per customer... we were heading out of town that day and was looking forward to eating those subs... anyone wanna reply to this? Maybe a manager...
