Was pleasantly surprised! This place was recommended as weâre new to Moncton. Not sure if reservations are common with this place, the hostess seemed surprised that we didnât have one (tons of empty tables were visible) It was just myself and my husband around dinner time (6pm). It took about 5 minutes to get us seated. Once seated we were greeted by our server. He was awesome! Very happy, efficient, and great at answering our questions.
The food: AMAZING!! The wings are stellar! Seriously, go try them, you wonât regret it! Absolutely awesome poutines and the nachos looked incredible. Beer was cold, good variety. Prices for food and beer was very reasonable! And if youâre thinking of skipping out on the deep fried Mars bar, DONâT!!! Itâs all the things you want it to be. The only thing that would make it better is eating it alone, in my sweatpants at home so no one can see me devour it đ
The ambiance is very âCheersâ itâs exactly what youâd expect. The kinda place where people know your name. You can tell that thereâs regulars that frequent this place. As nice as everyone was, we definitely looked like outsiders and felt like it.

We came home with our take out order, opened the containers to put on our plates and noticed her burger was a Portobello mushroom, which isnât the Blacked Bean we had ordered. I called Cheers and mentioned this to them, told the guy said they didnât serve the Black Bean Burger anymore and replaced it with the Portobello.
On Skip The Dishes, it did NOT say this at all. I said to the guy that if they discontinued the Blacked Bean, maybe call us to let us know and we would have tried ordering something else; no, they still made it and expects us to accept that. I said we donât want this Portobello Mushroom burger because itâs not what my wife ordered, and she doesnât like mushrooms, can we get our money back? He said he spoke to the manager and said they couldnât refund the money and the best thing they could do is a $20 gift cardâŠdid I mentioned that this was our first time ever ordering from Cheers?

She said she wasn't sure because they had a large table come in and they were serving them. Meanwhile a table beside us that had been there for 20 minutes was served. When we finally got our meal the toast was only toasted on one side. I asked the waitress about it and she said their toaster was not working good. She would check if we could get new toast but said she wasn't sure because they were busy. About 10 minutes later she drops a large platter on the table and keeps going, doesn't say a word. When we received our bill we asked why she put such a large platter on our table. She said she didn't know how many people needed toast. We paid our bill and left.
