I went to this Tim's location to get my mother some breakfast because she is staying with me due to having eye surgery. I ordered a Bacon homestyle biscuit with a French vanilla and an assorted 10 pack timbits. The lady serving me at the cash was ignorant. She put the payment through to the debit machine but once she noticed I had wanted to do something else she whipped her hand out to press the cancel button on the debit machine. Then she disappeared to fill my order of the timbits. She should've have continued to process my transaction at the cash before going to do this as she left me stranded at the cash not able to do anything except for twiddle my thumbs and wait for her to return. Following this, the staff left my order on the counter for me to pick up myself so I grabbed my things and left. I get home and my mother opens the sandwich and there is sausage on the sandwich. Obviously at this point I'm already upset because her order was messed up so I get back in my car to drive back to the store to get the right sandwich. I'm standing in line and one of the staff go to the other cash and asks if I got sausage instead of bacon. I affirmed as much and then she made a backhanded comment saying that I grabbed the wrong one. That mine was sitting next to it. I hadn't seen another one sitting beside it but regardless of the possibility that it was MY fault for grabbing the wrong one, if there were similar sandwiches beside one another, the staff should have pointed out which one was actually mine. I'm not impressed with the customer service at this establishment and will...
Read moreGood morning,
Apparently, one NON supervisor, who was one of 5 individuals (4 working at drive thru) working during this mornings peak rush time decided that she would harass a another staff member who was doing a task in the back, calling her from the gate to the back and making comments as she walked back to the sandwich bar; as I stood in line with 5 other people and as she walked right by us instead of taking our order TWICE. Then while the staff member was serving me, another customer came in for the 3rd time and went to the sandwich bar to complain that his coffee was made incorrectly and instead of making it herself, she, in a harassing tone and louder each time to the individual serving me calling her by her first name 3 times to get her attention to make the customers coffee. I stated, she was busy and the BULLY/employee huffed and made comments under her breath and proceeded to make the complaining customers coffee correctly, she is lucky I did not call her on her behaviour in the store. This kind of behaviour is learned and has obviously been tolerated because she is still employed. I want to ensure you as a former Tim Hortons employee for 10 years I KNOW the duties of the stations assigned but the TOP PRIORITY is customer service. NOT passing the buck, using harassing tone, getting louder each time and definitely not huffing and making comments under...
Read moreDrive thru, today I visited this Tim for a coffee and I ordered my regular small coffee, 2 cream and half sugar and like always mentioned that stir well my coffee and girl on the other side didn’t understand so to make it properly I mentioned mix coffee properly. Rudely this Indian girl with glasses said I know how to make coffee and don’t teach me. Went to window to get my coffee and I asked who took my order and she said I did. And I asked her this is not the way you talk to customers and she replied I know how to talk to the customers. I asked I want to talk to your manager and she claimed I’m the manager and if you don’t like the way we provide services then don’t come. I asked her name so that I can talk to the owner about this kind of rude behavior then she said we’re not allowed to give our name. And she was not wearing her name tag as well. From the last 3 years I’ve been going to this Tim but will not go again. I’m not looking to get insulted. If I can then I would give negative five star. Also, she messed up my coffee and gave me full sugar instead of half sugar. I had to trash...
