This place is okay. The service is pretty poor, everyone seems anxious and unhappy like they’re late to something important and would rather be somewhere else, and no one really asks you what you want to eat, they just expect you to tell them and don’t care for details. There are loads of options since they have both a cafe and ice cream shop, but if I had to rate their ice cream out of ten it’d be a 4. Really mid, nothing worth trying really. The seats at the cafe are dirty and covered in sugar or maybe grease (I honestly don’t know what it was but it was gross) with crumbs in the cushion crevices of the booths. Thanks to an atmosphere that seemed to have everything to be great but missed thanks to lack of organization and cleanliness (the cakes, most of which are in plastic packaging, looked like they’d been dropped), food that isn’t worth the hype and tastes very average, and service that would rather not serve you at all, I was kind of disappointed. Le service était difficile. Le jeune ne savait pas comment faire les commandes et attendait les instructions d'une collègue, même s'il pouvait être en formation, j'aurais aimé un bonjour et un sourire. Il avait peu de contact visuel. J'ai voulu avoir les minis beignes avec nutella, mais malgré que c'était affiché, il n'en faisait pas au Nutella. Les beignes étaient secs et s'effritaient en bouche. Le "blizzard" de mon conjoint était acceptable, mais le goût restait ordinaire et c'était très liquide, car il avait beaucoup d'ajout de lait dedans. La place est propre et beaucoup de choix.
