Martin is the best host I have ever met. We made a reservation for Le 900 Tremblant using the Bookings website and received our confirmation, but the platform fails to communicate it to the business about it, so on our arrival, we realized that there not any room available for us. Martin was very kind we us and did everything thing possible to solve the problem made by Bookings. He was able to find us a reservation in a condo on the mountains next to the Mont-Tremblant attractions hub for the same price and was awesome. In addition I would like to mention that I got stuck in the snow a couple of times do to my lack of experience and Martin was there to assist us doing whatever needed, even he drived my car through the slippery hill to our destination. Also, he kept communication with us all the time to make sure we were fine. At the end, we didn't stayed on Le 900 Tremblant property, but from my visit, I can speak for Martin the host and the the food there which was really good and with great prices. Highly...
Read moreWe had a lovely time.
The greeter did not get mad at me at all for not reading my email before arriving (although you really are supposed to read your email before you arrive, and I would recommend doing so… it has your check-in info like room, key code, etc).
We arrived around 5pm, just in time for their happy hour 5-7, which was perfect: cheap drinks and warm snacks, with music on in the background. Our room was just the right size, included a TV and a fridge, and cups. All the accessories were white and clean. And I was pleasantly surprised everyone spoke English well (I usually plan to practice my French when I go anywhere new in Quebec.)
Breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve ever had in Tremblant: Breakfast sandwich assembled with care, with a glass of orange juice, some fruit, and condiments. There is a help-yourself tea/coffee/water station.
I normally stay on the resort, but I would consider staying here again since the breakfast and service was so good. You can tell they love...
Read moreWe visited in the summer, and this is a lovely place to stay in Mont Tremblant near the Centre Ville area. The inn has a cozy ambiance with a downstairs seating area and a cafe.
The location is great - it is right beside a bike rental place and the P’tit train du nord trail, and is a 30-60 minute bike ride from the village and slopes. Getting here without a car was a bit difficult, but there is the local BMT bus that comes occasionally and the bus stop is right across the street.
We arrived after 5pm and there is a self-check in process which went smoothly. The rooms are really nice, with both heating and AC, and a TV with Netflix. The bed was also super comfy.
The staff working here are great and speak both English and French. They are also super accommodating and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast is served between 8-9am in the morning with tea/coffee, and the food was great.
Overall, I would definitely return for another stay and would...
