My experience at 'Alritude' restaurant in Casino Mont Tremblant was highly disappointing. Despite booking a regular dinner for a party of 4 on OpenTable for December 31, 2023, at 9:30 pm, we were surprised when the hostess, Johanne, informed us of a prefixed menu, not mentioned online. Johanne claimed they left a message, but I received none. When expressing my intent to leave a review about what just happened, she shockingly asked about the type of review before seating us, showcasing her incompetence in customer service and lack of proper training. Despite the warning signs, we decided to stay because it was December 31 at 9:30 pm, and finding alternative dinner plans seemed impossible. We stayed, only to encounter a culinary disaster—overcooked food, dishes left on hot plates until they disintegrated, and a meager, uninspiring menu. This has been my worst dining experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It gave off more of a cheap diner vibe in the middle of nowhere. The 'banquet' at Alritude restaurant didn't offer enough food choices and lacked the quality one would expect for such an occasion. There are so many great places to eat in Mont Tremblant; go and enjoy them, but stay away from this one. Horrible, simply horrible. One positive was our waiter, Julien, who was exceptional—displaying a high level of professionalism and...
Read moreNEVER AGAIN! Disastrous experience. We ordered something straight forward which is the burger with fries and salad. Everything ( the burger patty, the salad, the fries) was excessively salty. We forced ourselves to eat the burgers as we were hungry but couldn’t eat the rest. The waiter never came back to check if everything is okay As we stopped eating and the waiter came to remove the plates, we informed the waiter about the saltiness of all the food in all 3 plates , he told us with a criticizing tone « why haven’t you told us earlier ?! »
We thought that he would change the salads, or he would change the fries or he would bring a complimentary dessert as an apology, but no, he brought the bill and and was...
Read moreElegant restaurant with very good quality food in the second floor of Mt Tremblant Casino. Usually very busy in weekends, so book ahead. Smart casual is most appropriate attire. Tried the Spagetti with meat balls and Club Sandwitch with fries from the Lunch menu. They both were great. The Local IPA L' Amer beer was good too. The greeter, Anik, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and engaging. We were entertained by a great live blues band. One tip, use the free shuttle to and from the Casino to avoid parking husstle as it is usually busy and tight, also to be able to drink. Roads are challenging at night if you are not...
