A special thanks to great lady managing the guest services desk as you enter. Seen her very politely and positively answering all guests queries. One of our mobile was misplaced and we just took a chance to share our incident. She promptly enquired on model and colour and immediately over her phone made a few calls. To our pleasant surprise informed us that one piece has been found and safely kept at gondola entrance point. We were very much happy to get our mobile back with prompt and courteous service of their staff members and never faced any problem. Sincere thanks again to the respected lady and their staff too.
So enjoy your trip amongst such helpful staff and sweeping panaromic surroundings atop the Grand...
Read moreReally nice place at the top of the mountain but it’s ridiculously expensive so come prepared and don’t say I didn’t warn you. Bring lots of water with you as it’s like $6-7 a bottle up there which is embarrassing that they are charging that much to tourists who are visiting to have a good time. Never mind that you already spent $30+ on the gondola to get up there then they take you to the cleaners on refreshments it’s unreal. I can only imagine a family with a few kids that need drinks might have a $50 bill just to get hydrated. The food was expensive but reasonable with a burger and poutine combo coming to about $20 which was pricey but doable considering things down in the village are expensive too. The water was what blew our mind with 2 bottles costing around $12-$14 from what I recall we started laughing when we saw the bill. Considering it’s the only place at the top you are kinda stuck so come prepared with snacks and drinks or get ready to spend a...
