Amir — Restaurant in Montreal

So I was working near this Amir today and when I saw it I knew thats what I wanted for lunch. Looking at other ratings, I was afraid but decided to give it a try and see by myself if it was really that bad. I took the shishtaouk plate with potato rice and salad. Overwall, I need to say that it wasnt so bad. It wasnt the greatest I had but It was edible. The garlic sauce for the chicken tasted weird but It was okay. Service was okay. The lady charged me 50c extra for spicy potatoes which I didn't take?

So, 3/5 I give it the 60% pass. If you really feel for Amir go for it but if not, pass and get...

I believe I'm the biggest Amir eater ever! Everwhere I go I look for Amir, I just love the shish taouk/shawarma or mixed plates.

But I've got to tell you people that this Amir is the worst ever! The quality of the food is ok but the quantity is about half of what you normally get in other Amirs. FYI, the one on Mont-Royal and De Lanaudière is the best service ever.

It's mainly old people running this Amir and they don't put a special attention to details.

People doesn't have big food choices in this area. It's an industrial area, so they take advantage of people by serving the least...

i went there to take my shishtaouk plate, the guy behind the counter was on the phone, he doesn't care about serving costumers, i ordered my plate and he was still on the phone serving me and talking to me at the same time!!!!!!. when i get my plate, it was a mistake there, because i didn't order riz inside. he doesn't care because he was still on the phone!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!! in the end,i get my plate, the meat was not properlly cooked and the potato was dry. verry, verry. verry BAD service and bad verry, verry. verry BAD food i never had, for sure i will...
