Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

Ordered a yogurt at 10h30 am. Not 1 single car behind me, i get to the window the lady tries to give me a large coffee, i tell her that i had ordered a vanilla yogurt and proceeded to ask the lady if i could add a chicken soup with my yogurt, she told me that she could not add an item to my order since i was at the window and that i would have to circle around and replace my order... THERE NO F_ING CARS BEHIND ME I AM ALONE!!!!! She then ask her team lead or supervisor named Nadia (almost had to yell to get her damn name) and she says that i cant get the soup. i Told them to cancel the yogurt and even if i work next door i will never go back to that stupid restaurant. They are CLEARLY more preoccupied by their speed stats then customer satisfaction or making more money...

I've stopped to go to this location because they can't seem to get my order right. Be it the right amount of sugar or cream in my coffee is wrong, to not adding mayonnaise to my breakfast sandwhich to not having popular items left in inventory when you ask for it. Bad management, bad location, just...

Everytime I order something they're always missing something and I either have to leave or choose something else. Everytime I want to eat there, I have to wait for someone to leave so I can sit at their dirty table that no one bothers cleaning. There's always groups there with empty coffees taking...
