Arrived at time they said. Was told it was already picked up. Then had to show her the app we used to order for her to understand we had order and not picked up. Was supposed to be a surprise bag of a value of 25+/- dollars. We got a spoonful of rice. A bite sized piece of chicken, old macaroni salad and some sort of charred meat. None of it is warm. They had already closed and cleaned up, so they gathered the scraps they could find and gave us a pathetic order. The lady was also rude to an English friend that was with me. No beverages, ...

Very good griot. Good sauce, good pickly, good plantain, not so great macaroni salad but who care about macaroni.

Griot meat was tender and juicy, griot usely have very dry meat. This place only use lean meat and no fat at all, yet it is not dry, how do they do it, i dont know.

I tried a few place like Meli melo, Cric Crac etc. And this place is the best griot wise, prise is more expensive...

I had high hopes by reading the reviews, well..it was disappointing... Meat overcooked, plantain overcooked hard as a rock felt it was from the unsold food from the day before and the service was ok not great but just ok. Positive side is they do sell ice cream there. Overall... My first and last time there! One...
