Worst customer service experience ever. TIme and time again i try to give this company a chance mostly because it family owned and local and i love supporting local businesses but the arrogance of their staff is despicable. They're beyond racist and rude, and its that rude where they think they are better then you and feel free to charge you as they see fit depending on their mood and day. There new waiter franc. is going to chase all of their clients away. mind you i have hosted three events at this location with 15 plus guest. and each time they promise to get rid of franc he is still here giving horrific service that the management has to apologize for. The food is really good. but not good enough to be judged on from the moment you walk through the door based on the color of your skin. to be talked to any type of way because i'm black. Then afterwards when i decide to pay without leaving tip.( because tip is based on your service quality) and getting my order wrong twice, charging me extra for something i was never charged for in the past or any indication notice on the menu and its because you got my order wrong then looking down on me with a look of discuss. But when your clients of other nationalities and they aren't even able to pay you're so nice them and treat them with the up most respect. but since i'm black and its the 5th time you have gave me horrendous service and for the first time i decide i'm not tipping me you. You think that you now have a right to disrespect and speak in your language and think that i don't understand. Wow just wow. Never again. If you're black just stay away from this location especially with their waiter franc.

P.s i thought there attitude might of been because me and my baby sister arrived at 9:28pm and they closed at 10PM BUt mind you i called at 9pm to have them prepare our order so once we go their they cold just serve us. But i know that wasn't the case cause at 10PM the was still serving clients and taking orders and suggesting what whine would go nice with their meal. So i know that wasn't the case. We...

Honestly I have no words, but I want to leave a review so I need to find them😂! This place is AMAZING! The team are extremely kind and welcoming. They make you feel as though they’re welcoming you into their home. I have Celiac disease and have a hard time finding places to dine. Charlie the chef went out of his way to accommodate me. Erika was very sweet, going out of her way to make the reservation for me and also accommodate me for my birthday. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of my waiter and the other young woman who works there but they too were exceptionally great! Our waiter took great care of our table and put a smile on our face! And this can I forget to mention the food , heaven for someone who has Celiac disease 🤤!!!! My also really enjoyed their dinning experience 11/10 ✨ thank you Mammina for making my 33rd...

I tried this place for the first time last weekend and I was not disappointed! The restaurant isn’t too big and has such a romantic feel. Tables aren’t too big so it feels very intimate. The lights are dimmed to perfection and the service is great.

I ordered for starter a plate of prosciutto and bocconcini which was very good. Then the mamina pizza, the mamina gnocchi and a bottle of wine. The gnocchis were my absolute favourite.

For dessert, I ordered something that looked like a spring roll (fried on outside with dolce de leche inside) with chocolate and caramel drizzle...YUM!
