McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

This one is good. Can't complain here, I work nearby but started lately and have been going there for lunch. It's always very busy and it seems the parking lot is not very big.. The food was always fresh and accurate orders too. The wait can be somewhat long because it's often busy like I said but at least you know the turnover is good. I had the McChicken and the mcdouble with fries and soo far it's good food The four stars is because they don't have napkins or straws available, you have to ask for them although they give u one or two in your bag. So bottom line, from my thousands of McDonald's visited, I can assure you this one has good food. It was always fresh and hot. I say you should go try it, why not it's been a while now you haven't been so go try it NOW❗ You know you can't resist that unique world famous McD's taste...Mmmmmmmmm You're due for a visit and why not turn it into a lunch or supper date with a friend or family member you know would appreciate it, for no reason, you're just gonna say "hi I was going out to eat some McDonald's and I remembered you really like it so I'm treating you to a meal if you're interested" OH WOW THANK YOU,OK SOUNDS GOOD WHY NOT is what they will say as anyone would...or at least 99.999% of Earth's population So don't, call or text that person you're thinking about or just go by yourself and eat more food for you. Nothing wrong with taking yourself out for some food and enjoying one self's company as well. So get up get out and do it cause you deserve it AND it's been a while so, no reason not to go now, today, tonight, tomorrow morning, late night ANYTIME ! Ok now I'm gonna go from thinking about it... I'm gonna have a habanero...

Only because I can’t actually put less than a one star review, I give one star. Saturday August 27th at 5:05pm, I spend 30 minutes inside the restaurant waiting for my order,ONLY CLINET INSIDE, which had been sitting on the heat bin for 20 minutes. Trying to speak to someone about getting my order (about 10 people behind the counter), and finally am able to flag someone down, who I come to find out is the MANAGER on shift, tell me she doesn’t have time to deal with me and I have to wait, on multiple occasions before I can even get a word in. All the while watching her yell and mistreat her staff on the floor, who all seem panicked and nervous around her. I finally get my cold order after all this time, and still I was missing things in my bag! I cannot understand who would put such a woman in charge of anyone, and expect to have a team of competent and happy employees who would actually care about customer service. Will definitely never be returning to...

HOSTAGE SITUATION; Never get in the drive thru after 10pm, you'll be stuck waiting for your order. I was stuck tonight for 45min and only ordered 1 item (Happy Meal). Incompetent night staff at least 5 workers were partying in the back instead of serving the huge line up. There was no way to leave the line because of concrete blocks. Franchisee needs to have this location reviewed by head-office for incompetent management. I probably spent more on gas than my actual order, imagine the 10 other cars waiting the same amount of time. Very bad for the environment, drive thru service must be closed permanently if this is what is expected from employees and McDonald's in general. Chicken nuggets were cold, asked to have them change, i could see the employee go to the back put the nuggets back in the tray and pick them up again with scoop. She probably gave me the same nuggets again. This location must be...
