McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

I made a simple trio order, with 1 modification to the burger and 1 jr mcchicken with a coffee. My partner got a simple sausage and egg mcmuffin and a sausage mcmuffin with a coffee. We waited 45 minutes for our meal during lunch hour while the staff couldn't figure out what they were doing. I WATCHED as they wrapped and unwrapped burgers to put patties on other orders.

When they finally gave me my order, I had to ask for the condiments listed on the order, and then to remind them, there were two different ones.

To be fair, when they realized they had totally forgotten our order, they gave us a cold $1 apple pie that we did not want.

I have not had a good experience with McDonald's in a long time now.

The food is sloopy and and half the time does not feel hot by the time I get it. I do not eat pickles and can open my burger and see where the pickles were before they were picked off. There are circles in the cheese. I worked at a McDonald's a long time ago and know how some things should go.

I am done with them. It is overpriced for the "FAST" food experience. It always takes long enough that I could go to a better quality restaurant, get better service for the same price, and have my food served to me as quickly.

The bathroom was a mess.

The dining room was gross with garbage and sticky tables.

I have been a few times. They forgot my chocolate milks on my latest order but usually this location is not too bad. I don't like the car pick up or drive thru set up at this location. It's hectic and not comfortable for guests or employees working there that have to bring the food out across from the drive thru. The mobile pick up spot is also confusing with unclear markings for mobile car pick up orders. Even the employees don't know where to bring the food or which number is which spot. the food quality seems low at this location. One time I threw up after having the chicken nuggets here and I thought it might be a one off situation but in my latest visit here my quarter pounder taste was way different.. and not as enjoyable compared to other McDonald's locations and the fries don't seem to taste right either. I visit a lot of different McDonald's and I am having more negative experiences at this particular one than I do at others. On a positive note the interior layout and renovations with the front and rear entrance I really like and make the waiting inside...

Bad workers make bad restaurants. A lot of issue with this restsurant. Garbages bin always full and garbages all over the floor and tables. Sticky tables not cleaned. Dirty and smelly bathroom. Beggars asking for money at the doors all the time. Often very loud music playing in the kitchen and people laughing and having fun while I wait for my simple coffee. Garbages staring at me. Me staring at garbages. No one is cleaning.

I ordered two breakfast wrap this morning. There was no eggs in it.
